Semper Mine by Lizzy Ford

I hadn't read the blurb so I was going in thinking it's a paranormal book because that is what Lizzy is known for best but color me damned when I found out it was contemporary, I mean I'm not surprised Lizzy just sh**s out books like old people do the runs (maybe that was to gross but hey it's truth). I also wasn't surprised to see that Lizzy did an excellent job with this book, she is one author who I ALWAYS read for as her books are entertaining, and I enjoy reading them. Sawyer, that boy doesn't want to admit it to himself but he's attracted to Katya, "Katya is at the corral near the stables, her arms draped over the railing as she watches the horses in the paddock. Her position has caused her shirt to hitch up, and my gaze lingers on the perky a** and long thighs clad in her snug leggings." Sometimes I think it's hard for Sawyer because he's been a soldier for so long that he doesn't know what it's like to be around actual civilian women, with actual emotions, "he releases one of my wrists and brushes the back of his fingers against one cheek. I'm embarrassed by my tears and wipe them away quickly. "You're hurting, aren't you? I upset you?" he whispers, his tone gentle." I mean the boy doesn't mess around when it comes to naughty time, "I'm saying, let's skip the coffee and go upstairs," he whispers. "Unless you want to keep playing this game." I can't wait to see the other boys get their story.
