Ethan Frost sure knows how to get a girl's attention, "suddenly I know who's holding me, even before he growls, "Damn it, Chloe. Stop fighting me. I've got you." He's a cocky thing, "his eyes gleam wickedly. "Chloe, sweetheart, there's a wrong way to do just about everything." He's possessive, "she's already got plans for tonight." And he gets jealous, "of course I'm jealous. I don't like any other man putting his hands on you. You're mine, even if you don't know it yet." He's caring, "Chloe stop!" He chases after me, which only makes me run faster. "Baby, you're going to trip! You're going to hurt yourself!" And sometimes kitchen appliances need not apply, "forget the effing blender," he growls right before he sinks his teeth into the tender skin of my shoulder." The ending I kinda saw that coming, but I still can't wait to see how everything unfolds in book 2.
