I liked this book, but the first book still has my heart. I mean this time around Evan and Mallory need to work out some trust issues, "that girl, Evan...I, I don't understand why you wanted to be with my so much, and yet you still needed a backup plan - a girl waiting in the wings for when we're over." You know once they get past the first few hurdles they're still playful and really into each other, "if I do, I can promise two things. You'll definitely not be getting clean in there and you'll be late for work." I grow hard waiting for her response and say a silent prayer for this to go my way." You know I really do love Mallory and Evan there's no reason why I wouldn't, "I know, but when you call me baby it's like sex rolling off your tongue. It's all implications and promises. But when you called me 'honey' it was like you were speaking straight to my heart." Didn't like how it ended, there is another bookie coming out but there were still some things left unsettled as this one ended.
