The Protector by Jodi Ellen Malpas
I have to say I like the way Jake gives compliments, “it’s one of the lightest handguns on the market.” He circles and comes in behind me, pushing his back close to mine. “You’re a true vision, bollock naked and with my gun in your hand.” Jake sure knows how to ease his woman, “besides,” he goes on, clearly seeing I need more reassurance. “I’ve carried a loaded weapon every time I’ve met your father. I’ve managed to avoid shooting him so far.” I loved this book, there was no cliffhanger and Jake was strong, sexy and alpha.
Hell's Bells by Eve Langlais
Lucifer could be out of the loop at times, the man needs to catch up, “Hell went to war this morning? But how? I was sleeping.” Didn’t Hell going to war need some kind of approval by him?" Lucifer sure has a way with words, “don’t mock me, wench. I have needs.” I loved this book, I'm so happy a book is solely based on Lucifer, he was always entertaining in the other books of this series.

How do you know whether you can trust someone?
Maggie Washington is used to relying on herself. Growing up in Iowa, her wild curls and parents who dumped her on her grandmother made it so she's never fit in. Skeptical of other people's motives, she's always been the fling or the friend. Looking to define her life after college, she's thrilled when she scores a choice summer job working in Yosemite National Park restoring habitat.
Court Thompson is a gorgeous (and bearded) forest ranger with a love-em and leave-em reputation. When he shows interest in her, she’s torn. Even though she's flattered by his attention, she doubts his sincerity—and her ability to get out of the friend-zone.
Will Court be able to coax Maggie into trusting him that he's for real? Or after the summer of s'mores and skinny dipping, will he let her down like everybody else?ADD TO GOODREADS

About the Author:
Leslie McAdam is a California girl who loves romance, Little Dude, and well-defined abs. She lives in a drafty old farmhouse on a small orange tree farm in Southern California with her husband and two small children. Leslie always encourages her kids to be themselves – even if it means letting her daughter wear leopard print from head to toe. An avid reader from a young age, she will always trade watching TV for reading a book, unless it’s Top Gear. Or football. Leslie is employed by day but spends her nights writing about the men you fantasize about. She’s unapologetically sarcastic and notoriously terrible at comma placement (that’s what editors are for!). Always up for a laugh, Leslie tries to see humor in all things. When she’s not in the writing cave you’ll find her fangirling over Beck, camping with her family, or mixing up oil paints to depict her love of outdoors on canvas.

Kane could be patient when he wanted, "he rolled onto his back. “Believe me, I can wait.” At the sight of the tent pole under the covers, her eyes widened..." I liked Kane a lot especially when he removed his head from his butt and opened his eyes, “and I promise you, I won’t underestimate you anymore. You are a creative, free spirit and that’s what I love about you. Instead of trying to urge you to fit in, I’m going to work on changing myself.” I liked this book, I devoured it.
Fool for You by R.C. Martin
I really loved Judah, he was a sweet sexy man, “I won’t always be as tender as I was last night, Theodora. I am a generous lover, but I’m not a particularly gentle man.” I liked when Judah was an impatient man, “the door is locked, and I want to eff you. Right here. Right now.” I really enjoyed this book, I thought Judah was a great man.
Final Ride by Shlya Colt
Hawk could be so nice, he gives his woman a heads up on some things, “I wanted to tell you before I left. So there won’t be any confusion when I come home and eff you until you beg me to let you come.” Hawk can be a handsy man, “you know I like teaching you lessons,” he said. He released her from his grasp, ran a hand down her back, cupped her *** and rubbed her against the bulge in his pants." I loved this book, I loved Hawk.

“When you’re ready for a real man to show you what it feels like, you just let me know.”
It should be the offer of a lifetime: sexy craftsman Will Montgomery wants to rock my world, and boy, does he know what to do with his hands – and that filthy, delicious mouth of his…
Only problem is, I don’t believe in relationships. And Will has ‘boyfriend material’ written all over his chiseled, hunky abs. He was supposed to be an impulse fling, but now he’s shown up in Oak Harbor, NC, to put down roots, and he’s determined to make me com…mit.
I’ve been hurt before. Love always ends in tears and tequila, but Will seems different. He’s charming and funny, and did I mention that miraculous mouth of his? Despite all my better judgment, I’m falling. Hard. But can something this good turn out to be true? Or will old scars keep us from building a future together? For the first time ever, maybe I want to be proven wrong...

REVIEW:
Will sometimes just needs to take action, "I hear Will’s voice curse, “To hell with the damn fish.” He throws the rod down and spins me around. I can only glimpse the determined hunger in his eyes before his mouth claims mine in a searching, searing kiss." Will's always willing to give you his opinion, “I kind of like what you’re wearing now. Or, not wearing . . .” Will pulls me closer, sliding his hands over my bare stomach. I laugh, dancing out of reach." I really enjoyed this book, I loved Will.

ROUNDMAN
“Hush, little baby, don’t say a word,” Dia sings softly to our baby girl. “Daddy’s gonna buy you a Harley shirt.”
I can’t stop the laugh that escapes as I lean against the doorjamb.
Little noises come from our baby, and Dia looks up at me with sharp eyes.
“Well then, Mister Chuckles, you come put her to sleep.” She stands from the rocking chair and brings me the baby all wrapped in red.
Claudia was adamant that our nursery and baby not look like someone vomited Pepto pink in her room and her wardrobe. Can’t say that I’m sad she feels that way, either.
With her hair all wild around her face, her eyes tired from lack of sleep these last few days, and baby spit-up on her shirt, my wife has never looked more disheveled nor more beautiful.
Taking Delilah from her arms, I kiss my wife on her forehead. “Go shower and take a nap, love.”
“Gladly,” she says with an exhausted smile. With a quick kiss to our daughter’s head and one to my lips, she heads off to her sanctuary—our bedroom.
Sitting in the rocker that faces my daughter’s crib all decked out in hot air balloons with teddy bears, I have to smile at how life has changed from the moment they placed Delilah in my arms.
With the face of a doll, eyes of an angel, and a head of blonde hair to match her mother’s, my baby girl is absolutely perfect.
Bright eyes look up at me as she opens and closes her mouth like a fish. “Never known love so deep, dollface.” My voice is raspy as I try not to be loud, but I want to talk to my little girl. “Loved your momma before, but watching her with you, holding you, having you … Well, Doll, I’ve never know anything purer in my life.”
My daughter smiles. Dia says it’s gas, but I don’t care. My baby girl smiles before her eyes close, and she snuggles closer to me.
“Leather, oil, and man,” I explain happily. “One day, you’re gonna grow up, and when you find a man, he should smell like a hardworking man, Doll.” The thought of my baby girl growing up has me twitching to shoot something. “Never mind that, precious. I promise you, as your dad, I’ll be the man you look up to. I’ll be the man who makes you proud. I’ll be rock solid for you and your momma. I’ll give you my all and my love.” I rock her, thinking of what it’s going to be like to watch her grow. “When the time comes to let you go, I’m going to fight like hell to keep you with me. I’ll give my life before I’ll let anyone touch you.” Kissing her head as she soundly sleeps, I hold my daughter in my arms.

REVIEW:
Tripp still doesn't know how to keep his mouth shut at times, especially when it comes to his father-in-law, “nothing little about me or about how I eff my wife,” Tripp gives back smartly." I liked this book, I liked seeing all the characters again and digging deeper into their stories.
