This Weakness for You by Wendy Sparrow

So much humor in this book, I loved Christa, "it's not like I haven't seen it anyway," she said, smirking. "You've been here naked since around midnight when I left Lucifer out for a couple minutes - you sleep fairly deeply." The girl has no filter, "nope, we made out for a while in the middle of the night. But in my defense, you started it, and I thought you were awake up until you started talking about pancaked. You put up a good show of being awake." Jordan has no filter either, "you have a different scent when you're approaching fertility. I can't help knowing. Male lycans know when their females are fertile." Christa's dad is the real star of this book I loved him to bits, "you know, I thought I'd seen everything in 'Nam, but a naked man running through the forest carrying a semiautomatic...that's new." I hope other pack members of Jordan's get a book because this author will really have something with that series.

Temporal Shift by Nina Croft

I loved Devlin and his naughtiness, "I especially like these." He dropped a slow kiss on the slope of her breasts and she almost went up in flames. Raising his head, he caught her gaze. "So do you want to eff, Saffira?" He's all about pleasing his woman, "making at least one of your dreams come true, sweetheart." Was that his pe*** pressing into her from behind? She wanted to squirm around and take a peek, because surely it couldn't be that big and hard and hot." Saffira that girl has a smart mouth, "it's nothing." She pressed herself down into him so her sex rubbed against his groin and he hardened against her. "I like a man who can still get an erection in the face of certain death." This book had action, humor, sex and Devlin what more could a girl ask for.

Three Christmases by Kat Bastion with Stone Bastion

Sometimes when a man goes off on a trip all he wants when he returns is his woman, "I picked up my bag and let her lead us toward the parking garage. "No. I'm seconds away from filthy-as-eff actions. You. Me. The nearest wall. A sturdy counter." Cade that boy is not bashful he pees when his woman is in the bathroom, "he flushed, then washed his hands, completely at ease with his nakedness. Then he wrapped his arms around me and kissed my temple. "How about a big breakfast to keep those pills from rotting a hole in your stomach?...." Although I enjoyed this one, I didn't like it as much as the others, obviously the couple is growing and more issues are arising and they're trying to figure out how they're going to fit in each others lives, but I liked the more carefree attitude they had in the last one.

One Night: Denied by Jodi Ellen Malpas

Apparently this is a second book in a series I did not know that I just found the cover pretty so I wanted to read it. I wasn't sure what was going on in the beginning as I didn't read the first book in the series but I quickly figured it out thanks to Livy's ballsy mouth, "you think getting yourself a little wet might fix this? You eff women for a living, Miller! And you effed me! You made me one of them!" I stagger back, dizzy from both my fury and the flashbacks of our time in the hotel room." Yeah I like my heroines ballsy it makes for a fun ride in the book department, "you wanted to continue with your secret life of effing woman after woman, and you wanted me to make myself readily available for you to eff when you got home." Miller he loves his girl so of course he'd do anything she wanted, "yes!" His eyes fly open, his jaw clenched. "You can do whatever the effing hell you want to me, Olivia. I'll take it all." I can't wait to see how Olivia and Miller's relationship turns out.

Claiming His Fate by Ellis Leigh

I really loved how Rebel had some self control when it came to Charlotte, "who did this?" My voice was a deep, throaty rumble. My wolf wanted his turn, needed vengeance on whoever harmed his mate, but I fought the instinct." I think Rebel is pleased by some of his mate's actions, "one second, I stood in the doorway watching Charlotte eye-eff me, the next, her tongue was in my mouth and her hips were pressing against mine, making my c*** practically weep in happiness." There are times Charlotte needs to update her man on human mumbo jumbo, "if by 'have coffee' you mean have hot makeup sex on every available flat surface in this house, then yes. We will have lots and lots of coffee." I love shifters and when they're bada** and ride motorcycles it's a given I read the book, I'm totally going to love this series and I can't wait to dive in to book 2.

What to Do with a Bad Boy by Marie Harte

Mike he's a protective dad, "I want to know why my son asked me to pass the effing potatoes last night." He crossed massive arms over his broad chest. "Something her said about bowling with you two nimrods told me you might have something to do with his mouth." Del has a mouth on her and I loved how she wasn't filtered, "you sure? I think Ray might have a few more cows out back. Jesus, you eat a lot." She not only gives negative feedback she knows how to give positive, "you're so hot," she whispered as she angled her head, giving him better access to her throat. "Full of muscle, no give." She raked her short nails over his abs, and he bucked uncontrollably." I mean she gives great compliments she knows how to stroke Mike's ego, "right back at you, Mr. Huge. Damn, Mike. You really have a big d***." Mike he gives unusual compliments, "your cheeks are pink. I just spanked and effed you, and now you're blushing. You are too cute." He laughed when she smacked his chest." I loved this book I only read this one and the first one in the series I'm thinking I need to go back and read the other two.

How to Kiss a Cowboy by Joanne Kennedy

Not many notes or highlights because I was too wrapped up in the book and that means I totally loved it. Brady he can be sweet and caring, "he had a condom in his wallet, but his wallet was in his jeans pocket and his jeans were somewhere beyond the foot of the bed. "Honey, I just need to do one thing," he said. "We cowboys believe in safety first." He has a strange sense of humor, and it's apparent that he cares about Suze I mean the man brings her some girly magazines while she's in the hospital, "he topped the pile with a copy of Cosmo. "Brady!" She blushed. the headline, written in hot pink letters across the top, was "Ten Orgasmic Move's he'll Never Forget!" I really did love this book.

All Broke Down Cora Carmack

I loved Silas I want one of my own, "I have a question for you then." Just the tip of his finger dips inside me, and the heel of his hand is so close to where I'm dying for his touch. "Do you want my fingers inside you?" Who knew the boy could stick with one girl, "if you're touching me, I won't want anyone else." That's not quite a straight answer, but he continues. "Right about now, I'll agree to anything, give you whatever you ask." It's like the boy knows exactly what to say, and when to say it to please his girl, "stay here until I get home, and I won't have to call you. If you still want to be naked, I won't even complain." Dylan has a way of throwing him off his plans and I liked that for him she was full of surprises, "I reach between us to stroke the bulge in his jeans, and he breaks away. "Eff, baby. I had a plan. I was going to make you beg, make you tell me what you want." I can't wait to see whose next in this series I just love it.

No Prince Charming by Angel Payne & Victoria Blue

Killian that boy doesn't mess around when it comes to something he wants he is bluntly honest, "I want you. I've fantasized about having you. I've touched myself with the force of it. Is that what you want to hear? I've wrapped my fingers around my c*** and pretended to be inside you, instead. And when I came, it was your name on my lips." He gives out such nice compliments, "your 'rags' are the hottest things you've ever worn." I pushed my body closer to hers, purposely sliding my c*** against her cleft, grinding against her even harder than I had in the office a few hours ago. "And God help me, dancing's the only beginning of what I want to do with you." Killian is just one of those people who's like intense in everything he does, "I kissed her with brutal impatience. "If I can't be inside you soon, fairy, they'll be able to use my c*** on all four of those layers." I really enjoyed this book, I loved Killian.

Smiley by Laurann Dohner

Smiley is different than the other New Species men he's not as alpha as the rest of them. He's more well Smiley. I mean the boy does have the trait of possessiveness, "Wager?" Smiley felt his rage building. "He'll flirt with her. That male is always talking about how he wants to find a human to give him babies." He's so caring and attentive when it comes to Vanni, "I'm sleeping with you." He turned with her in his arms. "We just shared sex and all I want to do now is strip us both naked and hold you close." Like all the other New Species he also puts what his girl needs before his, "me too." He nuzzled her neck, breathing softly against her skin. "But I'm being a bad mate. I bet that counter isn't too comfortable." He's always thinking of the future, "walking, for sure. Think of all the times I could come home from work and nail you in the kitchen then continue it down the hallway until we reach our bed. Tell me that doesn't sound appealing." His compliments are different than most, "I'd have to throw you over my shoulder and carry you to our room to avoid taking you on the floor if you looked any better." I enjoyed this book and I think Jericho and Beth are gonna be having a little somethin', somethin' going on I'm hoping they're the next book.

Take Heart by Lauren Michelle Smith

I enjoyed this book so much, although at times I was more interested in Eric and Raven so I'm hoping the author will do a little novella with those two. Chase has a way of making his girl shut up quite effectively, "when he's done kissing me into a stupor, he slowly starts to back away. "Does one o'clock sound good for Saturday?" he asks, walking backwards to the front door. I nod robotically, unable to form a complete sentence. "Good, I'll see you then." Mia that girl knows how to blurt out how she feels, "oh, really? Then explain Christa and Tamika to me, Chase? What are they to you? What am I to you, huh? One of many? A casual effing fling? Because if that's where this is headed, we really need to stop." Chase knows how to make a girl's panties wet, "really. Now get your cute a** up and get ready before I change my mind and keep you in this bed all day. Staring at you is really starting to mess with my head." But that's okay because Mia knows how to get her man going, "his eyes widen in shock but in a good way. "You're not wearing any underwear under this dress?" he asks, stunned." I'm really hoping for a novella of Eric and Raven.

Healed by Rebecca Brooke

Em is a woman who knows what she wants and isn't afraid to tell her man what she wants, "I'd like to do a whole lot more to you." Her delicate little hand slid down my thigh and over the crotch of my pants." I mean there's just no end to her bossiness, "although you look extremely sexy in this tux, right now I'd rather see it on our bedroom floor." When she's with Andrew Em isn't afraid to speak her mind, or show her true colors these two complete each other, "I'm not. If you hadn't made a move soon, I was going to jump you - and things probably would have been over much quicker. You aren't planning on getting rid of the tongue piercing now, are you?" Out of all the books in the series I'd say this one is the most emotional.

Designs on Daphne by Lilly Christine

I loved this book it was so cute Rodric he was a gentleman, "soup?" Rodric scoffed. "What kind of dinner is that? What's your favorite take out, Miz Daphne? I'll just call ahead and order you something. We can pick it up on our way back to Hyde Park." He's really thoughtful, "almost to the kitchen door, he turned and smiled, a big crinkle-eyed, lovingly indulgent Rodric smile. Voice husky with emotion, he said, "you go do that darlin'. I've laid your nightie and things out in the bathroom." Daphne knows how to tempt her man, and her man is really gentlemanly, "darling..." he murmured. She touched him again. "Daphne..." A low growl escaped Rodric's mouth. He caught her wrist and pinned it to the pillow, growling, "if we're not gonna consummate here tonight darlin', or even great creative, which we sure could do, I have to ask you..." I really did enjoy this book.

Resisting Her Rival by Sonya Weiss

Nick's ego just can't handle some jabs, "no way could he let that go. "Whatever? Let me spell it out for you. We had mind-blowing sex. Best you ever had, you said." Abby she's funny in her own way and I love how she thinks she's bada**, "don't stand there with your sexy five o'clock shadow and think that I'll be easily persuaded to overlook this one." Nick he sometimes likes to let his girl sweat things out, "you show up at my house in the middle of the night, disturb the peace, and tell me you want to be with me." He shook his head. "I don't think you're being sincere." This book was funny and an enjoyable read.

Never Let Go by C.M. Stunich

Even though this is supposed to Zella and Noah's story Ty still worms his way in there and I loved it, "hey, sorry, I was eavesdropping," he says, like it's no big deal. Never rolls her eyes but slides her fingers around his neck, pressing her face to his chest. Ty looks over at me, eyes searching. I nod my head, almost imperceptibly and his hands tighten around her waist. "let's go feed Noah," he says softly, laying his cheek against the top of her scalp. "Baby Noah that is. There's no way I'm letting Big Noah put your t** in his mouth." Noah he can be a hard character to figure out and Zella she's been hurt deeply, and is in her own la la land. Noah though sure doesn't mind about being honest about a few things, "I guarantee it," he whispers back, voice still kind of gentle, even though his arms are squeezing me tight, almost too tight. "Haven't you noticed? I spent the last year working my sexual frustration out in the gym." In his own way Noah can be possessive, "Noah takes a deep breath and presses his lips against my neck. "If you ever had a baby, it'd have to be with me." The ending cut deep not knowing what's going to happen.

Chasing the Runaway Bride by Susan Meier

Cade is well he has stamina, "he grazed his hand down her a**. "Then go get a glass of water or juice or whatever you use to reboot your stamina, because if I only get one night, I'm making it count." Cade is all about proper etiquette, "he strode across the room, caught her by the waist, and hauled her up for a long, slow kiss before he put her down again. "That's a much more proper greeting." I really enjoyed this book and I especially enjoyed Cade.

Bad Romeo by Leisa Rayven

It's nice to know Ethan knows how to hold himself back, "hey, you were the one sniffing me and kissing my neck and grinding youself on my...well...on me. If I wasn't such a gentleman, we probably would have effed right there in front of all our classmates." He's also the one that likes to be the supportive friend, "well, considering you're horny and drunk, I'd really like to be within groping distance. Failing that, I just want to talk. I got your email." A sick Ethan is well like a little kid, "horny." He moves his hand higher, then warm fingertips stroke my side. "Want you." When Cassie hasn't had sex with her man in days the girl is like a lunatic, "I circle my hips. "Stop talking. Lamp's not important. Getting naked is." I really enjoyed this book I wasn't expecting a cliffhanger so I'm eager to see what happens.

Jamesburg Shifters Vol. 1 by Lynn Red

TO CATCH A WOLF:
So Erik he does things to the ladies, "I turned to see Erik's bright gold eyes flash. When he does that little thing with his eyes, it makes all my girl parts clench." He's not modest about it, "oh," he shook his dark hair from side to side and smiled at me, flashing his dimples and his eyes. "Sorry, didn't mean to do any charming." The boy has loads of sex appeal, "the way you were lookig at me with those side-eyes of yours, I could hardly control myself. I didn't give a s*** about anything going on in there for at least half the day. I've been thinking about this since lunch." Izzy has a temper on her, "so, what," I said pulling my dress together enough to keep it from falling open in the middle of everything. "We just keep pretending this isn't real? We just keep on acting like I'm your...what, your booty-call or something?" Erik really does have a one track mind, "nothing matters," he said. "Eff the town, to hell with everything else. All I want - all I need - is right here."
BEARING IT ALL:
Violet sure is a curious little thing, "do you...trim your arm hair?" I asked him as my hand ran along his muscled forearm. "You don't have very much for a bear." Ash that boy sure knows how to woo a lady, "shut up and kiss me," Crag said. Then he did the work for me. "I saw you in the crowd tonight, and I couldn't take my eyes off you. Almost got plastered in that last match. Didn't you notice that?" I mean when he's in the mood he's all for his lady and everything about him changes, "Ash's gorgeous brown eyes had taken on a golden-yellow hue as the hair sprouting out of his arms got thicker and harder. "You bring it out in me," he groaned, leaning is head back against the floor and clenching his jaws. "You and...no one...else." I liked this book I didn't love it but I liked it, I loved how all alpha Ash was that's what gets my juices going now and days is all these hot alphas.
BEAR WITH ME:
Rex I loved him he was a fun bear, "as good as those burgers are, there's something else I have in mind." He gave me a quick, almost impossible to see smile, and a wink." He's not afraid to say how he feels even though the boy almost blurts out anything that comes to his mind, "I....yeah, sure, what the hell. Saves me having to hunt you down and claim you for my own." I also found that he gives great advice, "good," he said, between hungry, sucking kissing on her neck. "Sometimes we have to let the beasts out to play, or they get all pent up and angry." I really liked this one I'm finding out not only are wolves and cats my favorite shifters because they're cuddly but bears can be just as cuddly.
BEARLY BREATHING:
Sadly this one was kind of a let down for me I had high hopes for it too, well I always have high hopes for books it's in my nature to have high hopes for books. Orion just didn't have that 'wow' factor I like to have in my shifters, sexy and smooth talking yes, "what I'm saying," he said, "is that I'll wait, if that's what it takes. But you better be ready for me to chase you, too." Sadly with Orion lacking in my wow factor he only gets four stars.

Unwrapped by Maisey Yates

Sarah was quirky and her logic was always top notch, "I find it less awkward when you kiss me. Which means maybe we should head that direction rather than conversing." Our boy Walker can be harsh, "are you really brushing me off? As if I have....tons of vacant space in my life? I wanted a eff, babe, that's it, and I got it. There's no reason to talk about it again." I mean his words hurt me and I didn't even sleep with the man, "you can't stay the night though. If that's a problem...well, I don't see why is should be. It didn't bother you last time." When things were good between these two they were good, they were easygoing and well almost fun when Walker let's his guard down, "he laughed, each note of it punctuated by a puff of frozen air. "I'm glad you found my pe*** enjoyable." Overall this book was a quick, entertaining read and I'm finding each book I read by Maisey to be more and more enjoyable than the last.

Prologue
“You stole my fuckin’ drugs.” The foot at my throat presses me further into the cold, scratchy pavement. I gasp, my fingers clawing at fleshy ankles. His skin doesn’t budge; my nails are too short to break the flesh that I’m so desperately scraping at. It does nothing to move him, or send him on his way. Instead, he pushes harder, cutting off more of my air supply. “That’s not exactly how it went down,” I croak, struggling. “You were meant to deliver them; instead you fuckin’ sold them, and ran with the money.” He’s right about that. I did take the drugs and sell them. I had good reason—my boyfriend was in trouble, and I was doing anything I could to get him out of trouble. I didn’t think ahead. I didn’t realize that I’d then owe a very unhappy drug dealer money. Not my finest moment, that’s for damned sure. “I had no choice . . . I was helping someone I care about.” He presses his boot down further into my throat, and my air supply narrows down to a dangerous level. My head pounds as the blood and oxygen are cut from my brain. “I bet that person ain’t here helpin’ you tonight, now, are they?” No, he’s right about that. Samuel is probably sleeping with someone else. The moment his debt was cleared, he left me. The dirty, cheap fucker left me. Now I’m dealing with the backlash. A furious drug dealer who wants his money. Money I don’t have. “Don’t I get,” I gasp, “one chance to get your money?” He glares down at me through angry grey eyes. I squirm again as my vision starts flittering in and out. Shit, I’m going to pass out and he’s probably going to kill me, or worse, drag my helpless body away to do God knows what with. “I have m-m-m-money,” I croak. “If you had money, you wouldn’t have stolen my drugs.” “I . . .” God, I’m on the edge. “I can get it. I s-s-s-swear.” He stares at me, and for each second he does, my vision swims. Then, much to my relief, he lifts his boot off and reaches down, hurling my weak body up. He pulls me close, so close that our noses touch. My knees wobble and I have to push all my focus into not falling flat on my face and giving him another chance to take me. “Listen, and listen fuckin’ good. You’ve got two weeks, and trust me, that’s me bein’ fuckin’ generous. Get my money, or I come for you.” Shit. I nod. “Don’t try and run. You do, I’ll fuckin’ find you.” I close my eyes, take a deep, burning breath and nod again. “Two weeks.” Then he’s gone. And I know . . . I just know . . . I’m in deep, deep shit.

This one is my favorite book out of the series, I really loved Jay, "plays with your hairdryer?" He stops, turns, and gives me a mortified expression. "What?" I say, shrugged. "You have nice hair...it's only an assumption." Mack he's seriously bada**, "you sleepin' on the couch in eff-me panties?" Jay I felt for her so many times and I just wanted to reach in the book and let her know she wasn't alone, "well," I hiss, turning and facing him, "if I'd called you by another man's name, I'm sure you would have been crying too." As the book progresses we see Mack progress and I enjoyed seeing him change, although one thing didn't and that was his need for his girl, "before we go in, I'm parkin' my bike, liftin' that skirt and effin' you hard and fast." We got to meet Marcus in this book and he's in the upcoming book 'Til Death' and seeing his reactions and getting a feel for the type of person he is I honestly can't wait to read his book.

Undefeated by Melissa Cutler

Liam he's a man that goes after what he wants, "he stepped partially in front of her, his left hip pressing into her right one. "I want your time and your attention, Marlena Brodie." He can be bossy when the man is turned on, "he let go of his d*** before he tipped completely over the edge of control, then he dropped back into his chair. "Forget your nipple. Get over here and feed me those fingers. Right the eff now." Also the mad is well endowed and knows it, "he loved his d*** and was proud of how hung he was. And as soon as he got her all the way relaxed and aroused, he was going to show her exactly what he and his big d*** were capable of." He is very accommodating in altering plans, "he swaggered closer and lowered his voice. "So we stop by your place. I eff you. Then we go dancing." I really loved this book.

Bite Me by C.C. Wood

First of all where the hell is this Scottish accent everyone is talking about I sure as heck didn't see it, but despite me not seeing the hot accent Conner didn't lose any hotness points from me, "his smile was lazy and satisfied. "It's fine, Donna. More than fine. Your bit would be considered foreplay by most vampires. It was extremely arousing." I have to say I find Conner's Stamina a huge turn on, "he grinned, flashing that damn dimple at me. "Yes, again." He smacked my a** playfully. "This time you get to do all the work." The man is practically indestructible and he loves battle scars from his woman, "he glanced over his shoulder at his back with a smirk. "Yes. You must have dug deeply into my skin. Otherwise it would have healed by now." When he saw the horrified look on me face, he laughed again. 'Don't worry, Donna. I enjoyed it almost as much as you being bitten." Donna is a feisty little thing and that girl doesn't back down from a fight no matter what she's wearing or in this case isn't, "goddammit, Donna. You are staying home today." Wearing only a lacy black bra and panties, I put my hands on my hips and stared at the big, stupid vampire standing between me and my clothes." This book suited my reading needs perfectly, paranormal, humor and of course the hot bouts of sex.

Excerpt
I found myself looking over at Joe’s perfect profile, and felt that familiar ache in my chest. Frustrated at our disjointed state and suddenly overwhelmed with emotion, I stopped in my tracks. Joe turned to face me, a perplexed expression marring his flawlessness. I placed my hands on both of his uncharacteristically smooth cheeks and looked him in the eye.
“I love you, Joe.” I felt my throat narrow painfully, and blinked away unexpected tears.
“I love you, too.” His frown deepened and he brushed my sweeping bangs away from my eyes. “What’s wrong, Molly?”
It was a good question and I wished I had a reasonable explanation. We’d come so far and been through so much, it seemed unfair that we couldn’t get it together long enough to enjoy any of it. I’d been wracking my brain for weeks to find the right thing to say, a verbal Band-Aid to slap over a hemorrhaging wound. It made me wish my love life could be as straightforward as my job.
A good chef can throw random ingredients into a pot and create something delicious. On rare occasions, fate does the same thing with hearts. With the right combination of elements at just the right time, a couple can fall head over heels in love. That being said, blending two lives can get messier than any kitchen and also a hell of a lot harder to clean up. I wasn’t usually such a bawl baby, but when it came to Joe, all bets were off. I was freaked out about “us” just then, and what we were becom- ing. I pulled his face down to meet mine and kissed his lips delicately, so he wouldn’t be covered in my lipstick all night.
“Let’s try to enjoy ourselves and talk about the ugly stuff afterwards. Okay?”

Joe was seriously different in this book I'm still trying to digest it all, and I'm not sure if I liked the differentness in Joe. I mean yeah his intentions were good but he wasn't like the Joe we got to know and love from book one, "Joe glanced at my abdomen with obvious amusement and the smallest hint of pride. When he spoke, there was laughter in his voice. "What sounds good?" There were some times when old Joe came out and I loved him, "let's go back home, I have something I want to show you." She blushed at my double entendre and hurried out the door with me." As the book progresses we see both changes in Molly and Joe some good and some bad but there was always that flirting going on which I loved, "did you see the shower in the master bath? All those shower heads?" Her voice had a husky undertone, and I didn't need her to explain what she was thinking." The other thing that didn't change about these two is the way they're always caring for each other Joe sometimes more than Molly, "yes I did. And when you're healed I'll be more than happy to show you exactly how dangerous it is to bait a hungry bear. But until then..." His tone let me know without question that I was cut off." I enjoyed this book and I can't wait to see Joe and Molly in their third and final book.

A Beautiful Thought by Alicia Rae

Love the cover and I loved this book. Gail and Damon have a hot relationship, "he gently tossed me onto his bed and crawled over me. I snuck my bare feet into the waistband of his gray lounging pants and boxers and tugged them down. His firm length jutted forward. "And what's that?" I queried." Damon he has proper etiquette when it comes to his and Gail's relationship, "boyfriends and girlfriends are supposed to share showers," he said with a wolfish grin. he began stripping off his clothes. "So, quit being selfish," he added jokingly." Sometimes Damon has to have a firm hand with his girl when it comes to his feelings because Gail just sometimes overthinks things, "understand this, Gail." I looked directly into her eyes. "You are in my bed because I want you to be, not because it's convenient since we are roommates."  Our girl can be a little temptress and playful, "I winked at him and gently pinched his a** before walking off. "Careful there," he threatened good-naturedly. "Or I'll veto those plans of yours." I really loved this book.

Seeing Clearly by Casey McMillin

*************************MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS*******************************

This book was an alright read for me, I mean I powered through it. Joel he's kind of a jealous one, "I can't stand to see you with another guy," he said. "I'm not okay with seeing him put his hands on you."  He's not one to hide things he's like a caveman like that wants the world to know Gretchen is his girl, "yes I would Gretchen. I'm not ashamed of kissing you. I want to do it again. If you'd let me. I'd take you out there so our audience can see a reenactment live and in person." He's a great guy with a good heart, "I don't think that, I just want it to be mine. I want you to be mine. I just asked because...it doesn't matter It's mine." He smiled at me. "You both are." As I said it was an okay read.

Perfect Chaos by Nashoda Rose

I loved this one better than the "Tear Asunder" books. Our boy Deck has a little possessive problem when it comes to Georgie, "she's mine. That means you touch her again and you'll be in a body bag." Georgie has some demons and well at first Deck that boy can't make up his mind so I was feeling upset for Georgie, "I shrugged, but it was stiff. "Don't need to tell me. I'm not your wife or girlfriend. I'm merely a promise to my dead brother. And I'm not staying at my parents." Once the boy gets his head out of his a** he doesn't do things half a**, "it means you're mine - completely. There's no running. No going back. And sure as eff no lies. You have an issue, we talk. You have a problem, I'll deal with it. If I need you to do something, I expect you to do it." When it comes to Georgie, Deck has no problem keeping up the pace his little 'head' wants to go at, "my c*** swelled so hard it was painful. Jesus, yes. I'd eff her for the next week straight if I could." Georgie's tactics to get her man's mind off why she had a loaded gun were very affective, "why the hell would you pick it up in the first place?" He threw his towel onto the bed, unabashed at his nakedness and I was happy to see he had one hell of a hard-on." She can totally be persuasive sometimes she has to let Deck think he came up with the idea, "I'm saying fine because I don't want another man's arms around you teaching you how to hold a effin' gun." Honestly I can't wait for the next book in this series.

The Trouble With Flirting by Rachel Morgan

Adam I loved him, he wasn't one to back away from his feelings, "don't worry about it, Liv," he says. "It's a little sad to think that soon we won't have anything in common anymore, but that's the way life is, right? People change." He turns and disappears through the kitchen door." Jackson I didn't really like him the way he came off was like he was better than everyone else:
I roll onto my tummy. "You mean do I want to make out with you in the dark again?"
He chuckles. "Well, you know, I was trying to keep it classy by not saying that, but ya. That's pretty much what I was getting at."
Adam can have a temper, but I think a few times he has it because he's not sure what to feel when it comes to Liv, "because I wasn't ready to hear whatever your excuse is, Livi. But that didn't matter to you, did it. No, you'd rather belt your apologies out to a crowd of strangers for a round of applause than wait until I'm ready to talk to you." Obviously that was harsh, and I think Adam and Liv are just getting started the ending left it open for the author to write more about the characters and I would love another book to see how they cope and grow as a couple.

Wolf Claimed by Mercede Bleau

This was an alright read, I just found myself reading it not really getting into it. The book had some good points like Mat and his need to possess his woman, "sorry. I just want to eff you so bad I lost control for a moment. Forgive me?" It seems like all the boy can think about is sex, "you mean other than effing you until you scream yourself hoarse and then carrying you back to my house to start all over again?" As I said it was an alright read.

Shooting Scars by Karina Halle

When Camden is on a mission that boy is on a mission, "all for a girl. But she wasn't just any girl. She was mine. And I was hers. Until the bitter end." To be honest I didn't really enjoy this one as much as I did the first one, yes the writing was great, and the story was awesome but I'm such a romantic I wanted them together earlier then what Karina put them together in the book. I will totally read book three because I need to know what happens.

Act of Mercy by Mandy M. Roth

I'm going to enjoy this series if Duke's character is anything to go by that boy is not subtle when it comes to his horniess, "no. I"m a wolf. So, is that a yes or no to the anal probing?" Damn, she had a hot voice and he'd love to have her bent over before him. His d*** throbbed at the idea.' Mercy good God I loved that girl, "was she for real? He was holding a firearm and she wanted to know if he was there to fix her sink. He was totally and completely obsessed with a crazy woman." When that girl is in shock and out of her mind things just pop out of her mouth, "she rocked back and forth and laughed softly. "The one I touched myself thinking about." All the men's heads whipped around, their gazes on her. Duke growled, warning them to look away." I give props to Duke for his patience I really do, "he groaned and cupped himself. "Stop staring at my d*** or I'm going to give you a hell of a lot better view." I need to see if the second book in this series is out already because I truly can't wait for more.

The Collector's Society by Heather Lyons

NEXT BOOK NOW!! I was quite pleased with the ending, yes this is a start of a new series but to me the author didn't leave us hanging. I mean it wasn't exactly a HEA, you know there's more to come but it wasn't a 'I'm going to kill you now if I don't find out what happens' kind of cliffhanger. Mary that girl was s*** she was a damn hoot, "finish buttoning up your pants. Your blue boxer briefs are distracting me." She nudges the man next to her. "See? I keep telling you boxer briefs are the way to go. Look at how yummy they can be." Finn and Alice right off the bat had chemistry and I loved how protective he was, "he reaches out and gently tilts my head. "Did that a**hole hit you in the face?" He's also well...he's a little shy, "I'm sorry," he says to me, half embarrassed, half amused. "It's not like I've ever had to find one of there here before..." He clears his throat, giving me a look so hot, so meaningful, my insides melt to liquid lust. "Obviously, I don't bring women I date back to the Institute. So..." These two can be very affectionate and I loved it, "I believe you kissed me earlier." Even still, I curl my fingers in his wrinkled shirt so I can pull him closer. "Remember? And there were all those times I kissed you in the shower. We've been kissing all evening to be honest." I would be very grateful is the author hurries up on the next book.

Painted Faces by L.H. Cosway

Our boy Nick is blunt and doesn't mind speaking out of term, "he narrows his gaze at me. "Are you sure about that? Because you only have to say the word. You are, after all, my first choice for a eff." Honestly Nick sometimes runs his mouth without thinking, "one final thing," he whispers. "When I was inside Dorotea last night, I close my eyes and pretended it was you." That is so damn sweet. I really enjoyed Nick's bluntness, "he bends down so that his lips graze my ear. "The admiration isn't one sided. I think you
look completely effable in that pretty little dress." I loved this book it was really different Nick had an alter ego and I loved Viv. I loved the humor the book contained, the romance and heartbreak there is nothing I would change about it.

Beyond Possession by Kit Rocha

Zan like the rest of Sector Four's men is blunt, and has no problem saying what's on his mind, "I'm asking you to eff me, Tatiana. If you want that to stay quiet, I've got no problem with it." Zan and Tatiana are both passionate people and sometimes in their passion they forget to do things, "she smoothed her hand down his chest and snuck under his shirt to stroke the warm skin of his stomach. "I'll get us both naked. When I remember how to stand up." He doesn't hide that he's well endowed that boy is proud of it, "already told you sweetheart." He leaned over her, his chest to her back, and groaned when her hips tilted, sharpening the angle of his penetration. "I'm not a small man." As usual I enjoyed this and I can't wait for more maybe Tatiana's sister is going to find her a man in Sector Four?...
